Shannon McCole, AuD, was born and raised in Shreveport. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in pre‐professional speech language pathology and a doctorate of audiology degree at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston. Dr. McCole demonstrated her skills as an audiology resident at Better Hearing Systems of Northwest Louisiana in Bossier City.
Today Dr. McCole works with patients of all ages at Ark‐La‐Tex ENT. Assisting patients with amplification technologies is critical to their ability to communicate more effectively. Dr. McCole’s passion for the ear’s complexity and capacity is evident in her work.
In her spare time, she enjoys disc golfing, traveling, camping and paddle boarding on Cross Lake.
